What is Direct Mail Fulfillment?
Fulfillment is an important aspect of any direct marketing campaign and includes handling the job from end – to – end to ensure that the piece is designed, printed and delivered to the right person, at the right time, and at the right cost.

What are the advantages of Direct Mail?

• Flexible — Mail can handle a wide variety of advertising or marketing tasks. Mail can sell directly, but it’s also the medium that can deliver a sample directly to the consumer, bring back a survey or other vital information, or develop an open channel to help create a lifetime customer.
• Measurable — Direct Mail virtually eliminates the guesswork in measuring the effectiveness of a campaign. Results are almost immediate and allow more effective and responsive decision-making. A mail-piece cannot easily be forged or duplicated which helps prevent fraud and misuse unlike email and other mediums.

Bulk mail is now called Presort Standard mail. It has a lower priority in delivery and some addressed will be declared UAA (Undeliverable As Addressed). First-class Mail (FCM) will always have an attempt to deliver made. Critical mail should use FCM, where marketing mail would be suitable for Standard.

Is there an average response rate for direct mail?
1-3 percent on average, occasionally as high as 7 percent.

Yes, you can send us your mailing list or database. Your file must be in Excel, CSV, or TXT format, or if you prefer, on CD or DVD via regular mail.

How long will it take to get my mail sent out once I’ve paid?
Once we have prepared the date sensitive elements of the campaign, it is imperative that letters are dispatched immediately. The account management teams strive to ensure all tactical elements of the campaign are executed on time and correctly.
It is your responsibility to make sure your mail piece is in compliance with your company. We do not guarantee any certain amount of calls you will receive from the mailer. Every state and every mailer is different.
